- Two Prenatal Appointments – I’ll get to know you and your partner better as we go over comfort techniques, your plan and desires for birth, and basic birth preparation.
- 24-hour on-call availability from 38-42 weeks for birth (this time frame can be adjusted based on your needs)
- Emotional and Physical Support During Labor, Delivery, and Initial Postpartum Hours
- Postpartum Appointment – I’ll check in with you 4-8 days after the birth to help in any way you need: breastfeeding help, housework, talking through your birth experience, and answering questions
- Breastfeeding Counseling – I’ll provide comprehensive breastfeeding education and two one-on-one counseling sessions postpartum, accompanied by unlimited text/phone/email support for any questions you may have.

I believe any woman desiring doula support for birth should have access to one regardless of financial limitations. Sliding scale rates, gift certificates, and payment plans can be discussed. Consider asking for funds towards a doula on your baby registry or during your shower for family and friends to help contribute towards costs.
